My yoga journey started with an inner quest to find balance between my body and mind and to attune myself with Mother Nature.

Through a difficult period in my life, including a challenging divorce, yoga became my sanctuary. I had to rebuild my life from the ground up, finding the strength to cope with my circumstances. It was during this time that I began my handstand journey—a practice I never thought I’d be able to undertake due to my lack of gymnastics background. The fear of falling and self-doubt were immense, but handstand practice helped me build the confidence and strength I desperately needed.

My struggles shaped not only my practice but also my teaching, and I remain committed to supporting my students in improving their yoga practice and overall well-being. I hold advanced qualifications in Health Coach Training Program and Nutrition from world-class esteem institutes like IIM (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), United States.

I began my asana practice in 2017 at the age of 36. I truly believe my healthy lifestyle has been a key factor in gaining strength and flexibility. In 2018, determined to empower others through yoga, I started teaching.

I am a health coach and hold numerous qualifications, including a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification from Sacred Alchemy Yoga, specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin. I further specialized in Dharma Yoga, completing 500-hour Dharma Yoga II and III training with the esteemed Sri Dharma Mitra in the United States. Additionally, I have completed advanced yoga teacher training with Patrick Beach and am qualified in personal training and Pilates, mobility and strength training I am also a handstand coach and i run on regular basis workshops to advance my students practice .
