I have completed my 500-RYT Yoga Yeacher and certified Climbing Coach, boasting a rich sports background including Brazilian Capoeira, Volleyball, Handball, and Cycling.

With over 20 years of yoga practice and 8 years of teaching experience, I have dedicated myrself to sharing the benefits of yoga with yogis from all abilities and backgrounds, especially climbers and athletes. My classes feature specially designed sequences targeting muscle strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness, accompanied by breath work to enhance concentration and equanimity.

My classes are characterised by her unwavering commitment to safety and alignment coupled with a refreshing approach that infuses each session with a sense of playfulness and relaxation. This balance allows students to push their boundaries while cultivating a sense of ease and enjoyment in their practice.
