After moving from Sheffield to Manchester over 25years ago I started practicing yoga. My teacher could see how much I enjoyed the classes & encouraged me to go to various workshops. Spurred on by my growing love of yoga in 2009 I completed the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course, followed in 2010 by an intensive 30 day course at Sivananda Ashram in Nassau, Bahamas. I began teaching in 2010 but still wanted to study more. I began the British Wheel of Yoga 2year Teaching Diploma in January 2011.

I’m also a Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs teacher & I find this very useful when teaching my regular classes to help students who suffer with back pain.

I’m continually learning through my own practice & teach various styles of yoga, adapting the class to the students needs. My classes are very relaxed & you will leave feeling refreshed & energised.
