This class is all about doing yoga at your pace with the support of chairs, props and cushions for your comfort. This will allow you to get the maximum benefit from your yoga practice. (weights can help with bone density also builds muscle but are optional)
Seated mindfulness - Qigong (deep breathing initiated movements) for strengthening your heart and lungs and relieving your anxiety.

- Absolute beginners
- Beginners*
- Limited mobility
