A carefully curated day of restoration.
This isn't about pushing or achieving. It's about slowing down, listening inward, and giving yourself what you truly need.

Our retreat gently guides you through practices designed to restore your energy, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you with yourself.
Sunday 1 February. 10am-3pm.
Inspired by the wisdom of wintering and the book from Katherine May (Wintering: The Power of Rest and Retreat in Difficult Times), this nurturing experience brings together restorative yoga, healing practices, wholesome nourishment and deep rest.
Winter is here, and honestly? Most of us are still rushing through it at full speed.
But what if we didn't?
A day sanctuary designed for rest, restoration, and reconnection.
It's a gentle invitation to honour this season of restoration and emerge ready for the year ahead.
This isn't your typical "wellness event." It's permission to stop, breathe, and give yourself what you actually need.
Through restorative yoga, energy healing, nourishing food wisdom, meditation, and sound healing, we'll create space for you to truly rest and restore.
Winter asks us to rest. This is your invitation to listen.
Why attend our wellbeing day retreat?
Because you matter.
Winter asks us to rest, but modern life rarely gives us permission. This retreat is your permission slip.
Whether you're:
Feeling depleted and running on empty
Seeking tools to manage stress and overwhelm
Curious about wellbeing practices but don't know where to start
Simply craving time for yourself in good company
...this day is for you.
You'll leave with:
Practical techniques you can use at home
A deeper connection to your body
A sense of calm and restored energy
New connections with like-minded people
This retreat is perfect for absolute beginners and experienced wellbeing enthusiasts. Our intimate setting (maximum 14 participants) ensures personal attention and a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
