Our retreat gently guides you through practices designed to restore your energy, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you with yourself.

Inspired by the wisdom of wintering and the book from Katherine May (Wintering: The Power of Rest and Retreat in Difficult Times), this nurturing experience brings together restorative yoga, healing practices, wholesome nourishment and deep rest.

Winter is here, and honestly? Most of us are still rushing through it at full speed.

A day sanctuary designed for rest, restoration, and reconnection.

It's a gentle invitation to honour this season of restoration and emerge ready for the year ahead.

Through restorative yoga, energy healing, nourishing food wisdom, meditation, and sound healing, we'll create space for you to truly rest and restore.
