With a focus on repetitive movements, as well as holding deeper stretches, you will move in a way that gently eases the body into therapeutic shapes to heal the effects of modern stress on your body and mind.

This class is accessible for all levels and easily modified. We emphasise functional movements that feel comfortable for your own body, and use repetition to slowly open the body into dynamic shapes. Together, we will breathe new space into areas of tension and release stagnant energy from the day, and you will leave class feeling lighter and brighter.
