I first started yoga because I wanted to be fit and flexible without doing cardio! Little did I know what else yoga would bring to me… As the Bhagavad Gita puts so perfectly ‘Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.’ I teach yoga because practising yoga opened up my eyes to what feeling contentment is all about, what it means to feel fulfilled and happy. I’d spent my whole life until then seeking for this ‘thing’ that was missing, and the whole time it was right there inside of myself. I would like as many people as possible to realise the same thing, it would be amazing if I could help with that journey. I like a class that gives the students the freedom to move how they want to move, whilst at the same time guiding them to the option of ‘working their edge’, to perhaps help them achieve something they didn’t think was possible. Building strength in the body is really important to me, so there will likely be some strengthening drills in my classes, along with the fluid movement that a vinyasa style of class brings. I have been practising yoga since 2018 and teaching since September 2021. I’m qualified in the following areas:

• 200hr with SacredAlchemy Yoga• Yin Yoga• Trauma-Informed Yoga• Dharma Yoga Wheel•. Pilates

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS Art, fashion and anything creative inspire me. Faces fascinate me and I make them up working as a make-up artist too. I’m in awe of all the different types of plants and wildlife in nature and I LOVE animals. I also really like tiny miniature things.
