In this class we use mellow music and gentle movement to release tension from the body and slow down the mind. The class will begin with a gentle flow, followed by deeper poses to create space in the body and help you find a sense of stillness.This inclusive class is accessible for all levels and suitable for anyone looking for low intensity movement to calm the body and still the mind. Help yourself to leave Monday behind and create a sense of calm for the week ahead
