Yin Yoga: A tender, floor-based practice where soft pillows and bolsters cradle your body. Bathed in the glow of calming music, you’ll remain grounded throughout the session, gently unraveling tension and melting into relaxation.
Yoga Nidra: A guided 30-minute journey into yogic sleep, weaving science and serenity. 30 minutes of this magical practice is equivalent to 3-4 hours of good quality sleep. As you’re guided through a rotation of consciousness, your mind softens from wakeful beta waves to the dreamy alpha state, and perhaps even into theta—a gateway to your subconscious and the magic of deep rest.
