Gentle yin yoga which involves using a cushion & bricks to help support the body in a yoga pose, the yoga is designed to help release stresses from the body so that you can enjoy the deep yogic sleep (yoga nidra) this deep yogic sleep is for around 30 minutes.
You lie down, close your eyes and the teacher takes you on a guided journey.
This wonderful sleep will give you the equivalent to 3-4 hours good quality sleep. This is all science based research.
