Beginners Class
Ideal for those who are new to Yoga.
Maybe you've already done our beginners course but still feel too nervous to join in our other class, you want to build on your yoga knowledge or you just fancy a slower paced class. This is the class for you.
You’ll learn breathing techniques (inspired by Max Strom) that will leave you feeling calmer, less anxious and improve your sleep.
You will learn the basics of anatomy, physiology and science and how that applies to Yoga and learn to tune into your body, listen, learn and adapt. These classes will give you a strong foundation for any form of yoga.
In this beginners classes you will be guided through the classic yoga postures, simple flows and mini tutorials.
This class has a strong focus on the basics, best practise and alignment. This leads to a stronger and safer yoga practise.
It's great if you've been doing yoga at home by watching videos, but how do you know you've been doing it corrently. We teach you how to do it safely for you and your body.
